1500 square feet, 30' X 50'. The sides will have shelves (obviously), but the center can be cleared for rehearsal/small performances. If we need more space, there is a 'theater' space at this mill for just that purpose. We also might be able to lease other space (just for S.A.L.T.) in a year or two depending on the rate of our growth.Here's another one...wider scope, but darker.
